Benefit of Jump Roping – What I Realized After I Fit My Wedding Dress

Who would have thought that your childhood past time jump roping would have a slew of benefits? Jumping rope is one of the rigorous workouts there is. I came across this realization when I needed a way to lose 6 dress sizes in 8 months. Diets and jogging were not working for me. I did a little bit of on-line research and started jumping rope. As time went on, I then realized the benefits that this under rated form of exercise provided. (Oh, I was able to fit into that dress with no problem!)

CONCLUSION

There are many benefits to jumping rope. Those listed here are just a few. As I said, when I was jumping rope I began to see the results in my own body. I was most impressed with the number it did on my abs. My one regret is that I did not keep a photo diary. I was too focused on fitting my wedding dress than anything else. Remember, this is not going to happen overnight.  Dedication and motivation will get you to your weight goal. These are my jump rope benefits. Hopefully you will have some of your own.

Hi Everyone! I taught science for 5 years. I had a lot of fun, but then began to lose the love for teaching. I got married in 2007. I really did go from a size 14 to a size 8. As unbelievable as it may seem, that piece of rope is my best friend. I have the stamina to now jump rope for an hour and a half a day. Try something different for yourself and for your family. Jump the Pounds Away!
